Welcome and thanks for visiting our website.  As you navigate through the site and learn more about our program, I invite you to contact us at any time for clarifications or to address any questions or concerns.     

We are a family oriented program who are by no means perfect, but believe that it takes a village/community to raise a child on and off the field. Our coaches are engaged in the community and consistently involved in our players lives because they are part of our community and we know the value in developing our most precious resource, our children. 

We are an all volunteer organization so each year I encourage each Coach, player and parent to be engaged throughout the season. If you choose to join our family, I look forward to serving as your commissioner and will look to you to be an invaluable part of one of the best families I've had the pleasure of being associated.

Coaching Opportunities:

If you are interested in coaching, we have several opportunities available for Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches at all age Groups. 

***Note:  All coaches must complete a background check and meet with the commissioner before being assigned a coaching position.  The number of available positions are determined by the total number of registered athletes.

All Coaches are required to obtain their Heads-Up tackling certification through this website!  The website is filled with a number of coaching tools to enhance your coaching experience.  Our program is always seeking volunteers who are dedicated to inspiring young minds while following our coach, teach, train and motivate philosophy.  

 

 

 

 


 Parent Volunteer Support 

Severn Athletic Club is NOT A BUSINESS, it is a community based, volunteer supported non-profit organization that receives no mandated additional funding from outside entities. All funds for operational cost are self-generated.

Our mission is to provide fun and safe recreational opportunities to the athletes in our community. We absolutely need, as well as require, parental volunteer support. This takes form in many ways. Coaching, working in concession stand, helping to set up and take down the field, cleaning up the field area after each game, cleaning bathrooms and emptying trash cans. Parents will have the option of paying a $60 opt out fee if they are unable to complete their volunteer hours. 

 

Payment plans are available until registration closes!!!

  • Registration Cost:  $250

**What's included in the cost of registration? **

Special Note:  The organization is not responsible for any uniform or apparel items other than what is listed below. Any apparel orders (Letterman Jackets or Additional Uniform orders) or payment transactions conducted within individual teams is not the responsibility of the Severn organization. All resolutions due the non-receipt of product or discrepancies with funds on any of these orders must be resolved with the vendor. This also pertains to any fundraising efforts that have not been sanctioned by the Commissioner.

  • 2 Game jersey's (Athlete Keeps Both Jersey's)
  • 1 mouthpiece (Athlete Keeps)
  • Helmet (Returned at end of season)
  • Chinstrap (Returned at end of season)
  • Practice Jersey (Returned at end of season)
  • Shoulder Pads (Returned at end of season)
  • Helmet Safety Certification Fee

**The following forms of payments can be used to pay registration costs:

  • Cash or via Credit Card
  • Cash App:  $SAC18

  • Please include Name and Birthday in the comment section when making payments
  • *Special Note:  The organization is required to purchase liability insurance for their program based on the number of athletes they have registered prior to an athlete's participation in any organized practice.  The fee is $30 and is included in your registration.  It is "Non-Refundable".
  • All uniforms are custom made so uniform payments are non refundable once the order has been submitted
  • $50 Equipment Deposit
    • Required during equipment issue 
    • Refunded during equipment return
  • Refund Policy:  No refunds for registration fees after August 1st

Special Note #1:  We accept athletes through mid August, but due to liability concerns, no equipment will be issued nor will the athlete be able to fully participate until registration fees have been paid in full.  Please contact if you have any questions.  

Special Note #2:  All new athletes will receive full equipment and game jerseys, but Must provide their own black pants.

Special Note #3:  Practices are conducted on Mon-Fri from 6-8 pm until the end of August and school begins for the kids.   Practice 's are then reduced to 3 days per week.
