Good morning day six of the Junior Olympic Games and day we have athletes all over the place going to be all over the place. Margaret 1500m run 0800 section 1 out of 2, followed by Alexis 1500m run section 2 out of 3, followed by Caiya long jump flight 1 out of 4, and Katence long jump flight 3 out 4,followed by Gabrielle Javelin flight 3 out 4 and Isaiah Turbo Javelin flight 2 out of 3 All at 0800. At noon we will see Pi'Shon throwing the Discus flight 2 out of 3, 12:30 Q-man 200m SF heat 2 out of 3 and 1:15pm Katence 4 x 400 heat 9 out of 10.

Practice has been canceled for tonight due to potential lightening and thunderstorms expected to continue through 7 PM.

Location change for All Comers Meet #3, Saturday, July 8th

Howard Community College will only host the following events starting at 1pm: Hammer, Javelin, Weight and Super Weight.

July 7th Practice Updates:
1) Racewalkers meet at 6:15 pm at Meade HS. At 6:20pm, we will head over to the Heritage Park Community Center on post. From 6:30 to 7:30 the athletes will practice race walking on the treadmills, then return to the HS.
2) Hot Dog cookout following this evening's practice. Hot dogs, chips and water will be provided, if there is anything extra you would like feel free to bring it.

We will be participating this weekend.
