Fall Tackle Football Registration

Fall Tackle Football Registration is Open!!!

Season Officially Starts on August 1st!!!

Important!!! 

Payment plans are available, if required, please email Commissioner Stephen Lloyd @ slloyd@severnathleticclub.org or contact him at 443-422-4914 and he will be happy to assist you.

Please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Athletes Name
  • Birth date of athlete
  • Good email address for parent
  • Good Contact Number

 

Special Note:  There will be 2 options to consider at the time of registration this season.

Option 1:  Returning Athletes  (Still able to fit jerseys from last season)

  • Registration Cost:  $175

Option 2:  New Athletes to the program

  • Registration Cost:  $225

 

Special Note #1:  We accept athletes through mid August, but due to liability concerns, no equipment will be issued nor will the athlete be able to fully participate until registration fees have been paid in full.  Please contact if you have any questions.  

Special Note #2:  All new athletes will receive full equipment and game jerseys, but Must provide their own black pants.

Special Note #3:  Practices are conducted on Mon-Fri from 6-8 pm until the end of August and school begins for the kids.   Practice 's are then reduced to 3 days per week.

*Note: First week of practice will be in shorts and t-shirt.  (No Pads)

Cost of registration is $225 (New Applicants)  and $175 (Returning Athletes).

The following forms of payments can be used to pay registration costs:

  • Cash or via Credit Card
  • Cash App:  $SAC18
  • Please include Name and Birthday in the comment section when making payments
  • *Special Note:  The organization is required to purchase liability insurance for their program based on the number of athletes they have registered prior to an athlete's participation in any organized practice.  The fee is $30 and is included in your registration.  It is "Non-Refundable".
  • All uniforms are custom made so uniform payments are non refundable once the order has been submitted
  • $50 Equipment Deposit
    • Required during equipment issue 
    • Refunded during equipment return
  • Refund Policy:  No refunds for registration fees after August 1st

 


 Parent Volunteer Support 

Severn Athletic Club is NOT A BUSINESS, it is a community based, volunteer supported non profit organization. Its mission is to provide recreational opportunities to children in our community. We absolutely need, as well as require, parental volunteer support. This takes form in many ways. Coaching, working in concession stand, helping to set up and take down the field, cleaning up the field area after each game, cleaning bathrooms and emptying trash cans. Parents will have the option of paying a $60 opt out fee if they are unable to complete their volunteer hours.

Special Note 1:  Our athletes normally participate in all voluntary off-season training which is offered by specific coaches as early as March of the current season in preparation for the Fall season so please do not delay your registering.

Special Note 2:  We accept athletes through mid August, but due to liability concerns, no equipment will be issued nor will the athlete be able to fully participate until registration fees have been paid in full.

Important Notes:   

  • Due to possible COVID-19 guideline enforcement, please be aware of possible  adjustments  in  dates  or operational procedures 
  • Payment must be paid in full by start of practice in July
    • No physical participation in practice is allowed until full registrations have been received
  • Once a team reaches its max, registration will close. 
  • Fundraisers:  All fundraisers must be approved and a structured account of all funds collected will be determined prior to the start of the fundraiser.  No exceptions! 
  • Funds raised can be applied to cover all or part of registration cost.

  • 2 Game jersey's (Athlete Keeps)
  • 1 mouthpiece (Athlete Keeps)
  • Helmet (Returned at end of season)
  • Chinstrap (Returned at end of season)
  • Practice Jersey (Returned at end of season)
  • Shoulder Pads (Returned at end of season)
  • Helmet Safety Certification Fee

Teams offered by Severn:

Tackle Teams   

1.  7 & Under:  6-7 yr old (cannot turn 8 at anytime during the year) (max weight allowed is 80.9 lbs) - T2T Unlimited

2.  8 & Under:   8 yr old and under (max weight allowed is 100lbs)

3.  9U - 9 yr old  (max weight allowed is 110lbs)

4.  10U - 10 yr old (Athletes over 100lbs must play the line)

5.  *11U year old unlimited 

6.  *12U year old unlimited

7.  *Varsity Unlimited"  13/14  ( can be 14 as long as they have not started high school.

* There is no weight limit for the unlimited teams.

3.  Player Release Form (If player played for another team from the county in previous year)

5.  Copy of players birth certificate
