    • Required during equipment issue 
    • Refunded during equipment return
  • Refund Policy:  No refunds for registration fees after August 1st

  • Athletes Full Name
  • Sport to apply payment
  • Birthdate of Athlete

Mandatory Parent and Player Requirements

All parents and players must review all videos below.  They must also download, complete and sign all mandatory documents and present them to the administrative representative on the first day of practice.  A copy (no originals) of the players birth certificate must be turned in as well.  

All participants and volunteers must register through the online site.
