Severn Athletic Club Basketball Program

Mission Statement

Our organization's mission is to teach, cultivate, unify, achieve and offer youth players the opportunity to learn the essential skills of basketball while introducing life-lessons and values such as character, team work, restraint, respect, and sportsmanship.

Volunteer Background Check

This link will take you to the Anne Arundel County website to complete your background check. This must be completed for coaches, team moms, and any other participant who will be in direct contact with the athletes.

  • Minimum of $50 required to reserve jersey 
  • 2 organizational fundraisers during the season ($25 opt-out fee per fundraiser if you choose not to participate)
  • Currently running individual popcorn fundraisers (Participant receives 50% of total proceeds minus shipping and handling which can be applied to the cost of registration or any other fees/purchases associated with the season
  • Payment plans are available on request, but no payment plan will be issued after November 1 for county level and December 1 for In-house.
  • All payments are due in full by the first day of the season.

We are offering the Double Good popcorn fundraiser which has a variety of sizes and flavors to offset the costs of registration. 50% of the money you raise directly supports the player! Please email for more information.
