Good Afternoon,
As we are quickly approaching our next track meet at the Glenarden Invitational on May 12th and 13th I have some important reminders to share.

- If you have not FULLY completed your registration please see Coach Steve asap. The deadline is May 21, 2017. Athletes will not be allowed to compete in any meets after the deadline.

-All athletes should have a uniform. If you were not issued one uniforms will be in this week.

-The Athletes Event's and coaches list will be posted later today. Please make sure they know what events they will be competing in and who the coach is for that event.

-Practices will now be divided into 2 segments. After general conditioning athletes should immediately report to their primary event coach for event specific warm ups. Remaining 25 minutes will be spent with the secondary coach.

-If you would like your athlete to have more conditioning SAC offers this every Sunday from 4pm-6pm at Severn Danza on Quarterfield Rd. All are welcome to attend

If your child needs a uniform and you have not given me a size, please see me tomorrow.

If your child has a red and gray uniform without a logo or a defective, or torn uniform please bring it to practice tomorrow.

Good Afternoon parents,
Please have your athlete at the track meet on Sunday no later than 730 am. Coach Steve will be paying the registration fees for this meet.

If you have not been issued a uniform please wear a red shirt and shorts on Sunday and see a team mom.

The weather on Sunday is expected to be cloudy with a light chance of rain, come prepared and make sure your athlete has a jacket and pants to cover up when they are not competing.

All athletes please check in with the team mom on arrival.

Good Morning Everyone,
Please see email below with some details for todays meet.

It is our first meet of the year and for some of you it may be your first experience in the track environment. As with any new program, there will be bumps in the road, but we will do our best to keep you informed and provide a safe and fun environment in which your athletes can grow and compete at the highest level.

Kim will have have the uniforms of those who were unable to get then on yesterday. We have athletes joining us on a daily basis so we will have uniform challenges until we get everyone properly registered and sized. We promise that everyone will eventually be properly suited, but I would ask that athletes attend each event with comfortable running attire until we work through all the issues.

The weather for today is expected to be drier than yesterday, but the temperature is predicted to be in the upper 50's so dry-fit under shirts and running tights are perfect for underneath uniforms.

Good Evening Families,
If you are unable to pickup your uniform today Steve will be at the track meet tomorrow with the uniforms.
If you were not sized for a uniform Steve has purchased some items for the athlete to wear.
Parents and runners should plan to meet tomorrow morning at 11:00 am at Francis Scott Key HS, Union Bridge, MD.
Lastly, coaches polos will not be ready until Monday. All coaches please wear team colors of Red and Black.
